E-commerce solutions that turn browsers into buyers.

We help online brands build and grow a store that sells while the team sleeps. E-commerce automation ties the storefront, Shopify, Printful, WhatsApp and an all-in-one CRM into one flow, so products, orders, buyer questions, abandoned carts and follow-ups stop being handled by hand. Built in Cape Town for South African sellers, on the tools the store already runs.

What is e-commerce automation?

E-commerce automation is software that runs the routine work around an online store: publishing products, syncing stock, confirming orders, answering buyer questions, recovering abandoned carts and following up after delivery. E-commerce automation leaves the merchandising alone. The range, the pricing and the brand voice stay with the store owner. Only the repetitive handling around each order stops eating the day.

A shopper fills a cart at 22:41, leaves before checkout, then asks a sizing question on WhatsApp an hour later. E-commerce automation answers from the product catalogue, sends the cart link back, records the whole exchange against one customer profile, and passes the fulfilment request to Printful without anyone retyping an order. We build e-commerce automation for South African brands from Cape Town, and we have delivered systems like this for 35+ companies over 3+ years, on Shopify, WhatsApp Business Cloud API and the CRM the store already runs.

How does e-commerce automation work in practice?

E-commerce automation works as a chain of small, reliable steps that fire on a store event instead of on memory. The storefront comes first: a mobile-first site with clean product pages and secure checkout takes the order. Shopify holds products, pricing, stock and order status, and Printful receives print-on-demand orders and sends shipping updates back. Nothing is copied between systems by hand.

Conversation runs alongside it. WhatsApp handles product questions, order changes and post-purchase support in real time, while Instagram, Facebook and TikTok comments and DMs get answered and routed to the store. Abandoned carts trigger reminders over email and WhatsApp, order confirmations and delivery updates send on the event, and a review or repeat-purchase prompt follows once the parcel lands. Every touch writes to one customer profile in the CRM. We assemble the steps with n8n or Make.com, with language handled by OpenAI, Anthropic Claude or Google Gemini.

What does e-commerce automation replace?

E-commerce automation replaces the manual handling wrapped around every order: copying orders from the store into a supplier sheet, answering the same delivery question across three inboxes, editing stock counts by hand after a market day, chasing a courier for a tracking number, and remembering to ask for a review a week later. None of that grows the brand. All of it eats the trading day.

Buyer questions that used to sit overnight get answered in minutes, with the product link attached. Cart reminders keep running through a busy launch week instead of stopping when the team is packing boxes. Fulfilment requests reach Printful on the order, not on the next quiet morning. Loyalty and review prompts fire on delivery rather than on goodwill. We do not promise specific percentages, because every catalogue and every margin is different. We map the current order flow first, then show exactly which manual steps disappear.

Does e-commerce automation work with Shopify and our existing tools?

E-commerce automation is built into the stack a store already runs, not sold as a replacement for it. Integration is the core of the work. We connect Shopify for products, pricing, stock and orders, Printful for print-on-demand fulfilment, PayFast, Yoco or Stripe for checkout, customer records in HubSpot or GoHighLevel, and buyer messaging over WhatsApp Business Cloud API or Twilio.

The systems the brand already trusts stay the source of truth. Instagram, Facebook and TikTok feed the same queue, so a comment and a checkout belong to one customer. Data that needs its own home lands in Supabase or PostgreSQL, and everything runs behind Cloudflare. A store without a platform yet gets one built from scratch on a suitable base and wired the same way. If a tool has an API, e-commerce automation can usually talk to it. If it does not, we say so before any build starts.

Is e-commerce automation POPIA compliant, and how are payments protected?

E-commerce automation built by us is POPIA-aware from the first design session, because an online store collects addresses, contact numbers and buying history on every order. Marketing consent is captured explicitly on forms and at checkout, with the source and the time stamp recorded. Every automated message carries clear opt-out wording, and template usage is logged so an audit can show what was sent and when.

Each journey collects only the fields an order, a delivery or a follow-up actually needs. Retention windows delete stale contact records, role-based access limits who can open a customer file, and change logs record who touched what. Card data stays inside the payment gateway and never enters the store's core systems or the CRM. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, webhooks are signed, and high-risk offers or claims wait for a human sign-off before they send.

How does an online store start with e-commerce automation?

Starting with e-commerce automation is a conversation, not a contract. Define what the store sells, who it serves and the one outcome that matters first: a new launch, cart recovery, faster buyer replies or a smoother fulfilment chain. That conversation costs nothing and usually takes under an hour.

Next we design the storefront and the product journeys, mobile-first, with a checkout that gets out of the way. Then the stack is connected: Shopify, Printful, WhatsApp, CRM and social automation, plus the flows for carts, order updates and follow-ups. Wording is drafted, reviewed and approved before anything sends. The pilot runs two to four weeks on the store's own orders, then winning flows are promoted and more channels come on as the catalogue grows. The brand owns everything we build: workflows, prompts and data. We have worked this way with 35+ companies across South Africa.
