AI for South African industries. Same engine, your rules.

Logistics, retail, finance, legal, property, manufacturing, security. Every industry has a different bottleneck, and we build the AI system around yours. Built in Cape Town, connected to the tools you already run, POPIA-aware from day one.

What is industry-specific AI automation?

Industry-specific AI automation is a working system built around the way one industry actually operates, its documents, its channels, its deadlines and its regulators. Industry-specific AI automation is not a generic chatbot with a new logo. A logistics operator needs booking confirmations and ETA updates. A retailer needs stock queries answered on WhatsApp. A finance team needs statements reconciled and debtors chased.

We build the system around the workflow, not the other way around. Over 3+ years we have built these systems for 30+ South African companies across logistics, retail, finance, legal, property, manufacturing and security. The pattern repeats in every industry, the details never do. That is why every build starts with the process as it runs today, mapped step by step, before any AI touches it. The industry sets the rules. The system follows them.

How does AI automation work in each industry?

AI automation works differently in each industry because the bottleneck sits in a different place. In logistics and transport, the system reads booking requests, confirms loads and sends ETA updates over WhatsApp. In retail and e-commerce, the system answers stock and order queries and recovers abandoned carts. In finance and insurance, the system chases debtors, matches remittances and drafts claim responses for review. In legal and property, the system handles document intake, FICA collection and viewing bookings. In manufacturing and security, the system logs incidents, schedules maintenance and routes exceptions to a supervisor.

The building blocks stay the same, WhatsApp, voice, email, a database and an approval step. The configuration around those blocks is where the industry knowledge lives. We have shipped this pattern across 35+ companies, so the first version arrives shaped by what already worked elsewhere.

What does it replace, and where do the savings come from?

The savings from industry AI automation come from removing repeated manual handling, not from cutting corners. The mechanics are the same in every industry. A person currently copies information between a phone, an inbox and a spreadsheet. The system does that copying instantly, every time, without a backlog. Quotes go out in minutes instead of days. Follow-ups happen on schedule instead of when someone remembers. Month-end reporting assembles itself from data that was captured correctly the first time.

We do not promise a specific number, because the number depends on your volumes and your rates. What we can describe honestly is the shape of the saving, fewer hours on admin, faster response to customers, fewer errors that need reworking, and staff moved onto work that needs judgement. The savings compound as more processes move onto the same system.

Does it integrate with the tools our industry already uses?

Integration is the starting point of every industry build, because every industry already runs on something. Retail runs on Shopify and PayFast. Finance teams run on Xero and Sage. Sales teams run on HubSpot or GoHighLevel. Almost everyone runs on Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, and almost every customer is on WhatsApp. We connect to those systems rather than replacing them.

The automation layer sits on n8n or Make.com, with Supabase or PostgreSQL as the database and Cloudflare in front. AI reasoning runs on OpenAI, Anthropic Claude or Google Gemini depending on the task, with ElevenLabs for voice and the WhatsApp Business Cloud API or Twilio for messaging. If a tool has an API, the system can read from it and write to it. If a tool has no API, we work around it with exports and structured intake.

How does POPIA apply, and who stays in control?

POPIA compliance in industry AI is a design decision made at the start, not a policy pasted on at the end. Every industry handles personal information, patient records, tenant details, claim files, driver documents, and POPIA applies to all of it. So every system we build is POPIA-aware by design. Data stays in databases you control. The system collects only what the process needs, keeps an audit trail of every action, and never trains public models on your records.

Control stays with your team through approval steps. A collections message, a claim response or a quote can require a human sign-off before it leaves the building, and the sensitive industries usually keep that switch on. You decide which actions run automatically and which wait for approval. The system proposes, your people dispose, until the track record earns more autonomy.

How do we start in our industry?

Starting is a conversation, not a procurement exercise. Tell us which part of your operation runs slow, over WhatsApp or a call, and we give you an honest read on whether automation fits. If the fit is real, the next step is a small pilot on one process, one industry workflow, one measurable result, delivered in weeks rather than months. A pilot proves the pattern on your data and your customers before anything scales.

From there the system grows one process at a time, and you own everything at every stage, the accounts, the data, the workflows and the documentation. No lock-in, no black box. We are built in Cape Town, we hold a 4.9/5 rating on Google from 17 verified reviews, and we have done this for 35+ companies. The first conversation costs nothing and usually saves months.
