AI Partner Program · South Africa

Sell the AI growth engine. We build it behind your brand.

The AI partner program gives agencies, consultants, IT providers and software resellers a build team for AI agents, custom AI software, integrations, dashboards and automations that trigger action across sales, support, admin, finance and marketing. You keep the client, the pricing and the account. We consult, design, build and run the engine with you, POPIA in mind and human approval where the decision matters.

What is the AI partner program?

The AI partner program is a build partnership for agencies, consultants, IT providers and software resellers who want to offer AI agents, automations, integrations and dashboards to their own clients without hiring an engineering team. The AI partner program supplies the build layer only. The client relationship, the pricing and the account stay with the partner.

A partner brings the brief. We map the trigger, the AI decision and the resolved outcome, then design and build the workflow behind the partner's brand. Delivery spans AI strategy and roadmap work, business and workflow automation, machine learning and private AI guidance, data analysis and management dashboards, and integration into the tools a client already runs. We build from Cape Town, we have delivered 340+ solutions for 35+ companies over 3+ years, and every system ships POPIA-aware with human approval where the decision matters.

How does the AI partner program work in practice?

The AI partner program works in four repeatable stages: consult, design, build, run. Consult finds the highest-value trigger, bottleneck, department or manual task inside the client's business. Design blueprints the triggers, actions, approvals, systems, dashboards and resolution paths before a line of automation is written. Nothing gets built until the flow is agreed on paper.

Build connects AI agents, custom software, APIs, departments, automations and dashboards into one working system, wired into the client's existing stack rather than bolted beside it. Run means monitoring, improving and scaling the system so work keeps moving and exceptions get handled by a person. Partners can stay in the room for every stage or hand the technical calls to us and keep the account relationship. Builds are assembled with n8n, Make.com, Zapier or custom code, with language handled by OpenAI, Anthropic Claude or Google Gemini.

What does the AI partner program replace for an agency?

The AI partner program replaces the engineering bench an agency would otherwise have to hire, brief and keep busy between projects: automation developers, integration specialists, dashboard builders, and the person whose job is keeping up with a new AI tool every week. None of that is the agency's core offer. All of it costs a studio time and salary.

Partners stop turning away automation briefs because nobody in-house can wire WhatsApp into a CRM, pull data out of a legacy ERP, or stand up a private model with sensible risk boundaries. Scoping calls stop stalling on what is technically possible, because the technical answer is in the room. Client work that used to be quoted as a maybe becomes a defined pilot with boundaries, dashboards and an approval path. We do not promise specific percentages or timelines before discovery, because every client stack is different. We map the current process first, then show which manual steps disappear.

Which tools does the AI partner program connect?

The AI partner program connects the tools South African businesses already run, rather than selling a replacement for them. Integration is the core of the work: WhatsApp Business API and Twilio for messaging, Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 for mail, files and calendars, and HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Pipedrive or GoHighLevel for client records.

Operations tools such as Monday.com, Asana, ClickUp, Notion and Airtable join the same layer, alongside accounting in Xero, QuickBooks or Sage Pastel, payroll in SimplePay or PaySpace, and payments through PayFast, Yoco, Ozow, Peach Payments, Netcash or Stripe. Shopify and WooCommerce orders, Mailchimp and Klaviyo campaigns, and Meta, Google and LinkedIn ad reporting all feed the same operating layer. The systems a client already trusts stay the source of truth. If a tool has an API, a database or a screen, we can usually connect to it. Custom internal systems, bespoke ERP and proprietary databases are normal work here, not an exception.

Is the AI partner program POPIA compliant, and who approves what?

The AI partner program is POPIA-aware from the first design session, because a partner carries the client relationship and the reputational risk that comes with it. Consent is captured explicitly, with source and time stamps recorded. Automated messages carry clear opt-out wording, and template usage is logged so an audit can show what was sent and when.

Every workflow is scoped around who can view, approve, edit or receive each action. Quotes, sensitive replies, payments and edge cases pause for a person before anything leaves the system. Key actions are logged, so a partner can show a client what happened, when it happened and what triggered it. Data capture, storage and handover points are designed with South African privacy expectations in mind, and escalation paths route uncertain, urgent or high-value conversations to the right human with context attached. The system supports the team without becoming a black box either side has to defend.

How does an agency join the AI partner program?

Joining the AI partner program starts with one live client workflow, not a contract or a reseller tier. Bring a real brief: leads, complaints, tickets, bookings, quotes, documents, bookkeeping, reporting, competitor research or marketing work where something happens and action should follow.

We map four things with the partner. The trigger, meaning what starts the work: a message, form, invoice, file, ticket, alert or manual step. The actions, meaning what AI, software, departments and humans should do next. The resolution, meaning what counts as done, logged, approved, escalated or reported. Then a pilot plan with boundaries, dashboards and human approval built in. The pilot runs on the client's own accounts, and the partner owns the workflows, prompts and data. Start with one high-value workflow, prove it works, then expand with fewer surprises. That first conversation costs nothing and usually takes under an hour.
